Ferry ran aground near Karlshamn , Sweden

The cargo-passenger ferry Marco Polo (IMO 9019080)   ran aground in the vicinity of her port of destination, Karlshamn, Sweden at night on October 22.
The vessel was proceeding from Trelleborg, Sweden with a cargo of cars and passengers.  Passengers and part of the crew were evacuated ashore. No injuries were reported.     Contamination of water by oil is reported.
Vessel proceeded off the fairway in shallow waters. It looks like a navigational error.
Insurance notes:  Allegedly the vessel sustained a hull breach thus highly likely vessel has to proceed into the drydock.
As per P&I claim - The indemnity for an oil spill may be significant.
Please note that the general average is possible to be announced by the shipowner and charterers and the cargowner may be liable for part of salvage expenses in this case.
